The Bosch AXT2200HP quiet shredder cuts and shreds wood waste quickly and easily for mulch, or to put on a compost heap. Its high torque, powerful 2200Watt motor can shred branches up to 35mm in diameter. The shredder has a self-feeding mechanism that automatically draws branches in to be shredded, and it has gears that are protected by an overload cut out. The shredder’s cutting drum mechanism minimises noise during operation, and an anti start-up switch makes it safe to use in the event of a power cut, ensuring it doesn’t start up automatically when the power turns back on.
