Coming complete with a range of added safety features, including a bottle holder strap, front leg brake and an improved drip tray design to reduce the possibility of fat fires, this compact but stylish stainless steel barbecue is packed with easy-to-use features for simple, successful cooking. Falvourizer bars are used instead of traditional lava rock on the Outback Sapphire models. The flavourizing bar system is highly effective in deflecting fats and food juices from the naked flame of the BBQ and will avoids flare-ups which can cause foods to burn.
