Built with a power to weight ratio of 0.64, the chainsaw features an engine displacement of 73.5cc and delivers a maximum power output of 4.2kw (5.7hp) at 9600rpm. Weighing 6.6kg (14½lbs), the engine has been designed to provide high torque over a wide rpm range ensuring both low fuel consumption and exhaust emission levels. Incorporating integral dampers, the ergonomic design of the handles and body ensure that the user experiences less fatigue whilst providing an excellent gripping position whilst the slim design and high centre of gravity ensure comfortable use of the machine. An inertia chain brake comes fitted as standard to protect the operator in the event of kickback. This Husqvarna XPG machine features power efficient heating coils in the front and rear handles that makes the saw more comfortable to use in inclement weather conditions. The bar length of this machine is 24" (61cm).
