Belt drive trade compressors are heavy-duty air compressors suitable for use in a professional body shop or garage, factory or engineering workshop. The internal pump has robust cylinders made from aluminium with a lining of cast iron. This makes belt drive trade compressors extremely robust and long-lived. Alloy caps act as heat dissipaters while cool air is drawn in through the well-designed drive guard to keep running temperatures down.
The unique starting system of the belt drive compressor uses capacitors and a dump valve to provide a great deal of power, without needing more than a domestic thirteen amp power supply; running one of these won't cost you a fortune!
