Ryobi EDP-5530L 305mm (12") Drill Press with Variable Speed and Laser

Featuring a 550w induction motor delivering a no load speed between 450-2500rpm, this multipurpose drill press incorporates a 360º rotating table that bevels up to 45º for applied angle drilling. Having a diameter of 273mm the table height is easily adjusted by a rack and pinion mechanism with a light helping to illuminate the work area. The chuck of the machine has a capacity of 13mm with a maximum drilling capacity of 13mm. The distance between the spindle and column is 152½mm, whilst the column diameter is 65mm. The base of the drill press measures 420 x 280mm, with an overall height of 889mm and a weight of 38kg.

The machine accepts any attachments up to 13mm chuck capacity that are designed for mortising. The drill has an internal micro switch that prevents accidental usage, whilst the integral Emergency Stop button cuts power if depressed. For complete comfort, the handles have GripZone™ overmould technology that also provides a confident hold. Providing improved accuracy when drilling, the machine incorporates Eaxctline Laser Technology™.
