Battery boosters should be carried in the glove compartment or boot of every car. They solve the problem of an unexpectedly flat battery and enable the vehicle to be restarted without the need for jump starting (which can damage the delicate electronic components of the modern car).
The battery booster provides power through the car's 12V DC accessory outlet or cigarette lighter, providing enough power to restart the car within minutes.
