The Makita PD491 petrol hole borer comes with a 2hp 49cc engine with electronic ignition for a faster and efficient start. Designed for use by a single person, the auger weighs 9kg (20lbs) and is designed to be stable under the toughest of loads. Using a maximum bit size of 250mm (10 inches), the auger is capable of taking interchangeable bits and accessories.

This energy efficient boring tool has a powerful 49cc engine which runs on unleaded 2 stroke fuel. Highly versatile, the auger is lightweight but robust enough to bore the toughest holes. The auger does not include any bits in the package, but additional bits are available for purchase separately.
