A barbecue lovers dream! Specially designed for use on Gas Barbecues, the Outback Ceramic Briquettes are used instead of Lava Rock. Each briquette is carefully arranged in its tray to distribute heat evenly throughout the grilling areas, to retain their heat, and to give the Gas Barbecues a more natural look and a genuine barbecue flavour.

Longer lasting than Lava Rock, these Ceramic Briquettes are a unique 4-sided bevelled pyramid design, each measuring approximately 2 inches square and tapering to a flat top surface. They are provided in their own tray to either a 3 or 6 Burner Outback Gas Barbecue. Used instead of Lava Rock, they also reduce annoying flare-ups caused by fat and grease.
