Product Summary

This Industrial category metal cutting bandsaw is from the top end of the SIP range. It has a powerful 1hp induction motor, a heavy-duty cast iron bed and bow construction for reduced vibration and better accuracy, 4 speeds ranging from 72 - 110 - 148 - 217 feet / minute. The unit has a built in cooling system prolonging saw blade life. The magnetic NVR offers added safety and includes a limit switch to stop the saw when cutting is finished.

Precice control comes from both the hydraulic feed rate selector, the adjustable saw bladse tensioner and the adjustable saw blade guide bearings. This machine also benifits from a quick moving rapid vice for the fast set up of work pieces and the fast cutting rate ensures maximum cutting efficiency. The worm gear drive features hardened and ground gears for maximum life span.
