SIP 01559 Industrial MEC Metal Cutting Cicular Saw

The heavy duty induction motor of this circular saw is dual powered, delivering two speeds for a more reliable and smoother performance. Running the machine at a slower speed allows for the blade to cut ferrous metals quickly and easily. The blade itself, which is totally enclosed for maximum safety, has a blade speed of 40 to 80 revolutions per minute. Constructed with an oil lubricated jet separation system, the blade is continuously oiled increasing the life of the blade, whilst the coolant filter removes unwanted debris preventing blockages to the system.

Using the SIP 01559 cutting saw is simple and straightforward. The vice head firmly holds your materials, whilst the cut-off clamp eliminates break-off burrs. Aiding stability and absorbing vibration, the saw has been built with a solid cast iron base and head with oil lubricated brass crown and steel worm gears. An adjustable depth of cut and length stop makes repetitive jobs less of a chore, whilst the external arm supports keep long work pieces steady. The cam operated quick clamp vice aids easier tightening, while the quick release head swivels 45° for precise mitring.
