SIP 25017 Professional Alleycat P200W-AC Petrol ARC Welding Generator

Fitted with a Honda GX390 petrol engine that features a brushless alternator design and hot spark electronic ignition, this SIP arc welding generator delivers a power rating of 13hp with two auxillary ports serving 110v and 230v at a maximum 7kva. The overhead design of the engine offers fuel economy and extended life, whilst the inclined cylinder and counter-balance shaft keeps vibration to a minimum. With a high capacity fuel tank holding 6.5 litres of unleaded fuel, the machine is capable of running for approximately 2.4 hours. Capable of using a 5mm electrode, the weld current output range is between 60-200 ampere, with an open circuit voltage of 45-60v offering an approximate weld thickness range in mild steel of between 1.5-8mm. The weld current output type is AC.

Featuring a dual element air filter, the generator incorporates splash feed lubrication with low oil shutdown that stops the engine if the level falls to a critical point. With Class H insulation with protection of IP21, the unit is turbo fan cooled with thermal overload protection. Weighing 90kg, the welding generator has packed dimensions of 670 x 580 x 1060mm.
