The efficient heat output gives high, even heating of the generous heating area, reaching a maximum temperature in under ten minutes. The Weber Genesis® E-320 offers 42,000 BTUs from its three burners under a primary cooking area of 507 square inches, reaching it's maximum temperature in approximately ten minutes. Coming complete with a 12,000 BTU side burner, this barbecue is ideal for both the smaller and larger gastro experience.
