They are a patented design by Weber and are designed to fit the Genesis Silver B & C, Gold B & C (2002 and newer models), Genesis Platinum B and C (2005 model), Spirit 700, and Weber 900 gas grills. Designed to add extra flavour to your food stop flare-ups and give even heat distribution to your cooking. When the fat drips off your food and drops down into the bars, the fats are vaporised away by the hot bars to form a smoke, which flavours the food with a delicious barbecue flavour.
