Stocked items are generally shipped next day; if your item is out of stock please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. You will receive an email confirming dispatch in advance of delivery.
Goods are generally supplied with a manufacturer warranty that could be 12, 24, 36 or 48 months. Please email our web team webteam@worldofpower.co.uk or call our customer service team for specific warranty enquiries.
When you place your order you may specify a different delivery address, or comment that goods can be left with your neighbour. If this is not an option our courier will post a card through your door advising that delivery has been attempted, you will be required to contact the telephone number on the card to re-schedule the delivery.
All deliveries must be signed for.
To maintain our competitive prices we endeavour to ship your order complete, if you request part shipment a carriage charge may apply.

Our couriers determine additional charge zones. We will advise you in advance of any additional costs. World of Power do not profit from these charges and only pass on the actual cost.
