Air Sanders

A huge range of air sanders are available for every conceivable sanding job. Air sanders are powerful and hard wearing, and come in various formats including air disc sanders, air belt sanders and straight-line air sanders. Small air random orbital sanders, just 150 millimetres long, are ideal for detailed finishing jobs, fine carpentry and furniture making. Padded Sand Discs The heavy-duty air sanders are generally horizontal or vertical sanders, depending on the configuration of the handles in relation to the sanding disc, and use compressed air. Straight line air sanders have a long and thin sanding pad and are best for working on flat surfaces, allowing precise shaping and excellent levelling. Air belt sanders have a fully adjustable belt drive, able to rotate around 360 degrees. This enables it to reach awkward areas inaccessible to other types of sanders.
