Electric Rotary Mowers

Electric rotary lawnmowers are extremely popular because they are very versatile. They come in 2 basic designs, 4 wheels and rear roller. Rotary mowers in general are more suited to uneven lawns and can be set to cope with long grass and set down for a closer cut of around 20mm. The added advantage of a rear roller is it enables you to ‘ride’ out over the edge of lawn borders and of course it will leave a ‘traditional’ stripe on the lawn. Electric mowers are very simple to use, plug in and off you mow. However, you do need to consider the distance between your lawn and a power point when deciding between electric and petrol. Or you always choose a cordless alternative? Cordless mowers will give you greater flexibility.
