All commercial products are supplied with Kärcher’s own one-year on-site warranty. This includes free engineer call-out and repair, providing the fault is covered by warranty. The Kärcher Technical Department can provide advice prior to booking an engineer, as many faults can be resolved over the telephone. In the unlikely event that an engineer is required, you will be asked to sign and fax a Disclaimer Form. This Disclaimer Form acknowledges that you will be required to pay the Kärcher engineer, if the fault is not covered by warranty. Kärcher Commercial Service Contracts
Commercial cleaning machines (particularly hot washers) benefit from regular servicing, just like a vehicle. Purchasing a Service Contract will ensure regular visits from one of Kärcher's own field based engineers. Planned preventative maintenance can drastically reduce wear and tear, improve reliability, and extend the life of your machine.
