Bish, Bash Bosch!

These are troubled economic times, and a lot of public faith has been lost in large businesses; understandably. So it’s particularly heartening when news emerges about a large company who are doing their job well, and who are retaining their good reputation. It’s encouraging to find a brand which is exceeding expectations, and beating the current downward trends. And according to the Superbrands Council, a group of independent consumer analysts, Bosch is the real winner this year when it comes to UK brands. This news comes at a time of year when chainsaws and hedge trimmers are particularly important.

Bosch, The Superbrand

This month, Bosch were voted 8^th out of 500 UK businesses in terms of popularity in the 2008/09 Superbrand Survey. The Superbrand Survey is a poll of British consumers, which asks them to rank their favourite brands based on reliability, distinction and quality. Bosch were by some distance the biggest winners from the previous year’s survey, where they were placed 120^th – proving that this year, with the deteriorating economic climate, consumers (that’s all of us) want to be sure we’re getting value for their money. We want to be sure that our tools will stay the course, because we can’t all afford to replace our chainsaws and other electrical tools regularly. Bosch tools will are perfectly capable of lasting as long as you need them to.

Bosch’s landmark popularity in the UK is made even sweeter given climates other than the financial one.
