In the interest of safety Stihl GB have restricted the sale of their products on the Internet.

World of Power, an approved Stihl dealer can only supply Stihl products via our carrier service to experienced existing customers, professional users and certified users. You need to have experience using a similar type of product to that being ordered, be aware of the safety issues with using this type of product and be confident that the product being ordered is the correct product for your needs.

Click and Collect

You can order all Stihl products on line or by phone and collect your order in person from our Buxton showroom in the heart of the beautiful Peak District, a stunning day trip for all the family. We will fully prepare your product ready for use and give you all the user, maintenance and safety instructions needed for you to get the most from your product. To help offset your fuel costs we will give you an extra £15 of accessories FREE* when you click and collect your Stihl product. Simply log-in add product to the basket and continue with your order. Please add ‘Click and Collect’ in the delivery instruction box on the delivery page of the checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection. * Minimum order value of £150.inc VAT.

Existing Customers

To order a Stihl product you must be an existing World of Power customer that has experience using the type of product being ordered. Simply log-in add product to the basket and continue with your order taking care to answer all safety questions in the checkout. Our web team will validate your order and it will only be processed if all criteria are fully met. Payment will only be taken when your order is successfully processed. If we have any issues with your order a member of our web team will contact you. All Stihl products must be ordered on-line or in person, we can not process orders over the phone unless you are collecting your order in person.

Professional Users

A professional user is an individual, company or authority that have commercial experience using the type of product being ordered. Simply log-in add product to the basket and continue with your order taking care to answer all safety questions in the checkout. Our web team will validate your order and it will only be processed if all criteria are fully met. Payment will only be taken when your order is successfully processed. If we have any issues with your order a member of our web team will contact you. Certified Users

If you are not a professional user but you have a current certificate of competence for the use of the product being ordered, simply log-in add product to the basket and continue with your order taking care to answer all safety questions in the checkout. Please fax a copy of your certificate to 01298 213 129 or mail to webteam@worldofpower.co.uk. Our web team will validate your order and it will only be processed if all criteria are fully met. Payment will only be taken when your order is successfully processed. If we have any issues with your order a member of our web team will contact you. Please add ‘Documents to Follow’ in the delivery instruction box on the delivery page of the checkout. Your order will only be processed on receipt of these documents.
