Many thanks for your prompt and efficient way in which you have dealt with my order of a Ryobi 18V hedge trimmer starter kit. I ordered this late Tuesday afternoon and it arrived just after 9 a.m. this morning, Thursday. I have not actually tested the trimmer as it is intended as a Christmas present for my daughter and son-in-law - will save them borrowing mine! Outback BBQ Good afternoon I am writing to let you know how pleased I was with the prompt delivery and service World of Power gave. I ordered a bbq from you on Monday September 17 and the bbq arrived at my house on September 19. Although it arrived without the cover as promised a phone call to yourselves rectified that and the cover arrived the next day. Thank you very much to the guy who answered the phone on the several times I phoned World of Power. The bbq was used on Saturday and we received lots of comments regarding it.
