During cooking the food shrinks and loosens on the skewers causing the food to twirl around when you turn the skewers. This unique double pronged skewer secures you food in two places so that it stays put when turning. Use for all meats and especially good for prawn or vegetables which can be awkward shapes. They come in packs of 8 and are approx. 33cms long and made from nickel-plated steel, they are dishwasher safe, but may benefit from hand washing. Suitable for Kettle Barbecues of 47cm or larger and all Weber Gas Grills.
