Based very much on the Combi 4 burner, this 2 burner model is ideal for those with less storage space or those who cook for a smaller number of people.This dual fuel charcoal and gas BBQ allows you to have the best of both worlds, this one of a kind BBQ means you never have to settle the charcoal v gas arguments as now you can have it all! Back for the 2019 BBQ season with a few design changes to enhance the cooking experience for the user. Boasting a large 48 x 42cm gas cooking area and 48 x 42cm charcoal cooking area, you can use both areas at the same time or individually. Both come complete with a warming rack which keeps foods warm without burning to free up cooking area should you wish to cook more foods. Both sides of the BBQ features a large capacity ash tray which makes for easier cleaning. The gas cooking area is heated with 2 stainless steel burners which are individually controlled using control knobs on the front panel and lit with the piezo ignition for easy lighting. With a temperature gauge within the hood allowing you to control the cooking temperature without having to lift the lid to check which looses valuable heat. Underneath the grilling area is flavourizer bars (flame tamers) which vapourises drips from foods turning it into steam which offers the smokey BBQ flavour which is loved by many with 100% grill area. When it comes to lighting the charcoal for the charcoal side of the BBQ, we recommend the charcoal starter which is a quick and fuss free way of lighting charcoal quickly without the need for any lighting fuel. Featuring an adjustable air vent which allows you to control the cooking temperature with ease whilst the adjustable charcoal basket allows you to adjust the heat intensity to the cooking grills. The cooking temperature can be seen on the temperature gauge fitted within the hood so you can quickly and easily see the temperatures of your grill without having to lift the lid to check. ProQ Frontier Elite Smoker BBQ

Offering the perfect combination of versatility and capacity this fantastic piece of kit can hot smoke, roast, grill and cold smoke (with the use of the Cold Smoke Generator) and will easily cater for up to 12 people! With a 30lbs cooking capacity OR 4 whole chickens with a 43cm cooking diameter. For those wishing to cook for a larger number of people can simply add an extra stacker which can be found within the accessories tab. Fitted with 2 long lasting stainless steel grills which are very easy to clean (and dishwasher safe!), a water pan and charcoal holder. The design of this Frontier Elite smoker allows you to increase cooking capacity by adding extra step up grill plates (available separately) which allows foods to be stacked on top of one another to cater for large groups. Within the lid of the smoker you will find hangers which allows you to hang foods for smoking. The integrated temperature gauge within the hood allows you to keep an eye on temperatures within the smoker for perfect cooking results every time. Should the cooking temperature rise too much you can control the heat using the 3 vents on the smoker to ensure food is cooked at the desired temperature for results no less than perfection. Within the body of the BBQ you will find some probe eyelets which are made from silicon to protect your probe from damage allowing you to place a permanent probe within meats whilst cooking should you wish. Designed to offer maximum versatility this smoker has 2 removable middle sections allowing you to make a smaller more portable BBQ which can be used for days out. For those wanting to cook with a short range for higher temperatures you can remove 1 center piece and for those who will do do long range cooking for longer cooking times can use the smoker as a whole. For those who wish to slow cook their foods using the indirect cooking method can use the water pan which helps to reduce the cooking temperature or for those wishing to directly cook at a longer distance with higher heat can simply remove the water pan. Each layer of the smoker has a latch locking system to allow for easy transport and allowing you to easily lift to insert/remove foods. The body has been manufactured from steel and has been coated with a glossy ceramic finish for weather resistance and heat retention. All the fittings on the smoker are stainless steel including the side handles, clips, nuts and bolts making it more resistant to rust. The access doors on the body of the BBQ allow you to top up water or add wood chips whilst cooking.
