Description
The Makita DUN500WZ offers long reach hedge trimming powered by Makita's LXT 18v lithium ion battery range. Providing excellent cutting efficiency from the robust 50cm double sided blade, the blades cut in double-reciprocating cutting action with triple edge cutting teeth to capture and hold the branches while cutting them with ease with a 23.5mm maximum cut capacity. The curved blade design reduces friction which in turn suppresses energy loss and increase run times.
With its lightweight design at just 3.6kg, the pole hedge trimmer has excellent balance for a two handed grip while working on hard to reach areas. The cutter blade is adjustable through 13 stages up to 135° and the blade can be folded down for transit or storage.
The DUN500WZ offers 3 speed settings to choose from and a reverse switch. For safety the machine will automatically power off if it is not operated within 60 seconds. Low noise and zero direct emissions made the DUN500WZ ideal for use within residential or noise sensitive areas.
*Backed by a standard 1 year warranty which can be extended for an additional 2 years when registered online within 30 days of purchase.
