Description
Versatile, multi-purpose tiller ideal for medium size plots of land and larger garden areas for creating new gardens and flower beds as well as preparing seed beds for vegetable crops. Designed with a 149cc Kohler 4-stroke petrol engine offering 2.3kW of power to turn over firm ground efficiently. This Kohler engine has overhead valves to ensure that the petrol/air mixture burns especially cleanly and efficiently whilst the SmartChoke system ensures the tiller is easier to start up offering reliability. Features 1 forward and 1 reverse gear for easy manoeuvring and directional change.
The handlebar can be adjusted laterally and longitudinally without the need for tools for a more comfortable working position and can be folded down for easy transportation and space saving storage. Featuring an anti-vibration system integrated into the handlebar mount to reduce vibrations at the handle to reduce fatigue of the user and reduce effort required to operate the machine. The throttle is within easy reach of the handles allowing it to be operated with the thumb whilst steering for more precision during use. The low centre of gravity also contributes to effortless handling of the machine.
Offering a standard working width of 85cm which can be reduced to 60cm when dividing the hoe set to allow crops to be positioned more closely together with greater efficiency and care. The lateral discs protect existing plants from sustaining damage during tilling. Designed with special shaped blades which will turn over the soil efficiently with an optimised burrowing action. Designed with a swivelling brake spur which can be used to adjust the blade entry depth. This 180° swivelling spur allows you to work in narrow passages and bends and is easily accessible to adjust the height through 3 stages.
Built on transport wheels which are foldable when the tiller is in use, they allow for easy movement of the tiller around the garden. It also allows for easy access to the blades when tipped back on the wheels.
