Makita 60cm DUH606 Hedge Trimmer
The Makita DUH606 hedge trimmer comes with a large 60cm double sided blade which has a top bevel tooth and two sharpened edges for excellent cutting abilities and with a lightweight design it offers excellent power to weight ratio.
With a high stroke rate of 4,000 strokes per min the Makita DUH506 hedge trimmer can cut branches with up to 20mm thickness with ease. Constant speed control plus soft start on the DUH606 hedgetrimmer means that as tool starts up it will temporarily reduce the load, torque and electric current surge of the motor so there is little to no kick on start up.
Featuring a brushless motor on the DUH606 hedge cutter which prolongs the machine's life and reduces the maintenance requirements on the motor. Powered by an 18v LXT battery, the hedge trimmer offers run times of up to 70 minutes on a BL1860 6Ah battery.
The hedge trimmer comes with soft grip front and rear handles with the front handle having a redesigned switch lever which is easy and comfortable to press. Anti-restart function is featured on this model for added safety, along with an electric brake for maximum productivity and increased operator safety.
Available as a Kit with 1 x 5Ah battery and DC18RC charger or Body Only.
