Description
The SIP Weldmate Pro 200A welder is a powerful and compact dual process welder allowing you to weld in both ARC and TIG welding functions. This versatile welder also has dual voltage allowing you to use a 100v or 230v electric supply and the voltage detection will know when a 110v current is applied and automatically adjusts the output and parameters.
Ideal for mild steel and stainless steel, the welder offers 200A @ 40% duty cycle and an output current of 10A-200A in 230v TIG and ARC and 100A @ 20% duty cycle with an output current of 10A-100A in 110v in both ARC and TIG.
With Synergic Control, the welding current output is adjusted according to the electrode diameter or welding material thickness giving optimal penetration and bead formation. A 4th generation inverter provides 80% energy efficient compared to older inverters, helping on operating costs.
An intuitive control panel features an LCD display screen making it easy to set the welding current and select the welding function. The menu on the welder allows you to select the electrode diameter and welding thickness. For added safety Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) is features on this welder to prevent accidental arc strike up while the anti stick function provides a smooth welding process as it prevents the welding electrode from sticking. Hot start on the welder improves arc ignition and helps penetrate thicker material by delivering a short burst of higher welding current output.
