The STIHL FS56C-E is a lightweight yet powerful 27cc 2-stroke petrol brushcutter, delivering a 0.8 kW power output for efficient mowing and trimming. With faster acceleration, reduced emissions, lower fuel consumption, and a low flooding risk, this new-generation engine ensures reliable performance every time.
Fitted with a straight shaft and cow horn handle, the FS56C-E offers smooth side-to-side cutting motion, making it ideal for tough areas of grass and overgrown patches. The supplied C26-6 AutoCut trimmer head features bump-feed technology, letting you quickly dispense more line as you work.
Starting is made simple with STIHL ErgoStart, reducing the effort required on the pull cord by two-thirds. Combined with the simplified start system, all you need to do is set the choke, press the primer, and pull the cord for a quick, hassle-free start.

Bought the FS 56 Ergo start. Price was very favourable when compared with other suppliers. Very impressive delivery arrangements, well packaged and ,best of all, it arrived with strimmer cord already on, head fitted and fuel in the tank. Just put the handle on and away you go. Started first time out the box. Brilliant.

Buying something large unseen is a difficult task but the description made it sound a great opportunity. Our very old "industrial strength" brushcutter had reached the end of its life after 20 years of service. It had become temperamental and starting it was a nightmare (old technology). So the Stihl arrived from World of Power (after a short stock delay) and it is everything |I could want: the easy start really is easy, providing you bother to read the instriuction book properly and pull the cord firmly but GENTLY - no jerking, no strain on elbows or shoulders. The weight is about half what I have been using so it is bliss to whizz through large swathes of our 2 acre garden. Certainly robust enough to tackle the new growth of the shrubbery. Uses fuel so much more efficiently. The tank is quite small but a single fill lasts well over an hour on grass and soft undergrowth. Best of all we paid only the same price as we paid all those years ago !

This is my second FS 56 Brushcutter to replace my first one that I worked very hard for about 5 years. A great machine hence buying a identical replacement. All my garden machinery apart from mowers are Stihl, great machines mainly trouble free. Very good deal and delivery etc etc from World of Power will use them again

Delivery tracking system did not work, had to phone local depot. Service from World of Power very good. Machine started without problems and did the job required (bramble, grass and light brushwood cutting} without difficulty. Would use this firm for purchasing equipment again and would buy Stihl again,
