Description
This Stihl shredder will make light work of shredding a range of woody garden material and plant trimmings, from hard, soft, long or wide clippings with ease. Designed to be reliable yet efficient the sandwich blade construction with Multi Cut disc will shred branches up to 30mm in diameter with minimal vibrations. Designed with a powerful 2000w electric motor which ensures the shredder has a smooth and efficient operation.
The large inclined feed chute makes it easy to feed foliage, branches and plant trimmings into the shredder with a comfortable yet safe housing design. The soundproofed chute reduces working noise making this Stihl GHE250 shredder much more comfortable to work around and neighbour friendly when working in the garden. The electromagnetic safety lock prevents the shredder from starting automatically during maintenance operations or when the blade is being changed for user safety. As soon as the closure screws on the machine are unscrewed, the safety switch is tripped and the current flow is interrupted.
Designed with a touch pad switch and an operating indicator to allow for simple and intuitive operation of the garden shredder.Built on wheels this Stihl shredder can easily be moved around the garden to where shredding is required, whilst the optional grass box (see related products tab) will collect shredding material for a cleaner work environment and easier clean up.
