Stihl MS182 is powerful petrol chainsaw that comes with all the great features and benefits of its predecessor the Stihl MS181, along with a more modernised design and a more powerful petrol engine.
Boasting a 35.8cc petrol 2-MIX engine which gives an impressive 1.6 kW power output for exceptional cutting performance suitable for a range of users from gardeners, landowners and homeowners, this petrol saw is ideal for cutting firewood, pruning branches and other woodcutting tasks.
Featuring a choice of 14" or 16" bar with a 3/8" P chain, the MS182 has a metal bumper spike fitted for easier wood cutting and prevention of kickback. Stihl anti-vibration system is fitted to the MS 182 chainsaw which reduces the transmission of vibrations to the handles and ensure the user a more comfortable working environment.
The Stihl MS 182 comes with a combi lever with stop function, only one start position is required and once the machine is turned off the lever immediately moves back to the operation position. This reduces the risk of flooding and allows the machine to be restarted immediately.
Transparent windows on the fuel and oil tank allow you to keep in top of your oil and fuel levers and tool free caps allow these to be opened with ease and without the need for tools. The chain tensioning screw is located on the side casing of the chainsaw and allows the chains to be tensioned with easy and removed the need for contact with the chain.
Available with either a 14" or 16" bar and chain.
