Stihl Compact Cordless Chainsaw
The Stihl MSA 70C-B cordless chainsaw is lightweight and powerful making it perfect for domestic users for maintaning gardens and logging firewood. Powered by the AK range of batteries from Stihl, the MSA70 chainsaw offers quiet running and low maintenance levels but will all the power to rival a petrol chainsaw.
The MSA70C-B has all the great features of its predecessor, the MSA 140C-B, but with a new compact design offering excellent balance and handling. The Quick Chain Tensioning allows you to get a precise chain tension without the need of a tool and the QuickStop Super chain break gives you peace of mind for optimal safety whilst using the chainsaw.
The cordless chainsaw gives the user a comfortable experience with a rubberised soft grip handle and vibrations as low as 4.3m/s2 (left) and 4.8m/s2 (right) whilst the oil tank has a transparent viewing window. The high cutting performance and precise finish is due to a 1/4" PM3 saw chain and the speed control potentiometer featured on this model allows you to choose your desired speed.
