Designed fro trimming smaller areas of grass and lawn edged, the Stihl FS40 is the entry level petrol grass trimmer within the range. Boasting an easy start system with multi function controls, easy line replenishment and a reliable 2-MIX 27.2cc petrol engine which offers reduced exhaust emissions and lowers fuel consumption. Equipped with a loop handle and curved shaft this trimmer comes complete with an Autocut C 6-2 head but it can also fit a PolyCut mowing head (available separately) for thinning work and larger weeds. Also included is some complimentary safety goggles.

I like Stihl gear, its well made and reliable. World of Power have excellent pricing. Though I am less convinced by the next day delivery. Despite ordering before 2pm on a Monday it didn't arrive till Wednesday. However is free so I can live with that.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. Stihl never disappoint as far as I'm concerned neither does W.O.P with there fast delivery and smooth transaction. The fs40 is absolute quality for the money . There's not really much out there that can match it. Don't delay buy today.

excellent quality, light and easy to use. i needed a trimmer that was light enough for my wife to use without being a basic model. the FS40 ticked all the boxes over the husqvarna i was originally looking at. The FS40 has the facility to have a changeable head to accommodate blades, together with the excellent service from WORLD OF POWER, (2nd purchase from them ) you could not ask for more.
