Quality Delivery

Satisfactory delivery is a crucial part of the service offered by World of Power, and we aim to provide an efficient, professional and punctual delivery schedule for all our customers.

*UK Mainland Delivery Charges

World of Power offer FREE standard delivery on orders exceeding £100.00 (inc. VAT)** to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. Orders under £100.00 (inc. VAT) are subject to a delivery charge of £5.99 (inc. VAT)

Pallet Delivery

To help ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition products weighing over 30kg and other fragile products will most often be delivered on a pallet. Pallet delivery is around 5 times more expensive than parcel delivery but it is well worth the extra to save the frustrations of receiving a damaged product and the hassle of arranging a replacement. All pallet deliveries are booked in with you by your local depot.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to The Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, and any countries outside of mainland UK.

Northern Ireland Deliveries and Isle of Wight

We can deliver certain items to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight however this does incur additional delivery charges.  Parcels are an additional £25.00, pallet deliveries are an additional £75.00 these deliveries can take up to 5 days.  For further information please contact our web team.

Please Notes:

If you choose to purchase a product for forward delivery to an address outside our delivery area; should the item require any kind of repair or replacement, we will only collect the product from the UK delivery address.

If you are paying via American Express we can only deliver to the card holders address. We will contact you in the event of an order being placed to a different address to advise of these terms.

Delivery Schedule

Items in stock are normally despatched within 24 hours on a next day carrier service. Items showing as  Available  are typically available within 2 - 7 working days, our customer service department will contact you if we foresee any delays beyond this, with the option to cancel or change your order. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is despatched, this e-mail will include your order consignment number and carrier contact details. Please note we can not be held responsible for any orders delayed in the carrier service as this is simply beyond our control. All orders need to be signed for and cannot be left without a signature.

Important Notice

If parcels are damaged or items are missing you should either refuse the delivery completely or sign for the parcels as being 'DAMAGED' If the number of parcels do not match or correspond to the consignment note, this must be stated as 'SHORT DELIVERY' It is your responsibility to ensure that the actions above are followed BEFORE SIGNING. Mistakes cannot be rectified once the number of packages has been signed for. All carrier related damages and discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 working days. We will not be responsible for any carrier-related damage or loss reported outside of this 2-day period.

Barbecue Build and Deliver Service

Need a new BBQ but no time to build it up , World of Power will take all of the strain away with our "Build and Deliver" service .

We will build your bbq and deliver within a 25 mile radius (for a small fee as listed) any of the palletised bbq's on our website . If we are delivering your bbq we can also supply the gas (contact us for details) ! so everything you need built and ready to go direct to your patio.
