Outdoor cooking has become more and more popular over the last few years with many choosing to cook al-fresco than indoors all year round rather than just when the sun shines. In fact, BBQ-ing and entertaining at home is now one of the UK's No1 summer house leisure activity with three out of 4 households now claiming to own some type of BBQ grill!

So much so, that in 2018 the UK tied in equal 1st place with Germany as Europe's leading BBQ nation (wow!), hosting approximately 135 million BBQ's each. The at home al-fresco eating, entertaining and BBQ market was worth just over £7.6 billion in 2018, up from £150 million back in 1997 which is a huge increase in numbers!
